"Accidentally put a hole in my 2 year old case that had developed a beautiful patina, by dropping it on its corner. The rough concrete tore a small hole in the corner, but left my phone undamaged. Bullstrap sent me a new one exactly like my old one minus the patina. It’s new and beautiful, but I can’t wait for it to develop its own patina. Kudos to the Bullstrap customer service department, who quickly orchestrated the process of warranting my old case."

"I am extremely disappointed with this case. For such an expensive product, the quality is unacceptable. After only two days of normal use, the leather started changing color, and the back of the case developed marks and scratches very easily. It already looks old and worn out. The open-bottom design also offers less protection than I expected. I purchased this case expecting premium quality and durability, but it has been a complete disappointment. Not worth the money. I strongly recommend avoiding this product."

"Best cases I’ve ever owned. The leather is soft to the touch yet extremely durable, lasting over a year easily. It patinas nicely and darkens over time just the way it should. The open bottom version can show wear on the corners after 1+ year but their replacement warranty is legitimate and makes this a non-issue. Great company!"

"I strongly recommend avoiding this product. I am extremely disappointed with the quality, especially considering the premium price. After just 2 days of use, the leather case started changing color and already looks old and worn out. The back of the case also gets scratched and marked very easily, even with normal everyday use. This is completely unacceptable for a product advertised as a premium leather case. At this price point, I expected much better quality, durability, and craftsmanship. Instead, I feel like I wasted my money. The case looks like it has been used for months, even though I’ve only had it for two days. Extremely dissatisfied with this purchase! I would not recommend this case to anyone. Save your money and look for a better-quality alternative."

"Return portal was a pain to use and took way to long. ordered on accident and exchanged for another color but had to wait to receive it as i emailed them and was told to wait and return myself even though it never got further than a warehouse some weeks. also kept getting delayed. "Coming to this after a Temu "leather" case and you can immediately tell it's a class above. The leather feels great. Color was as advertised. Decent corner protection. Buttons push in nicely. "Wasn't quite sure when I finally placed the order for my bullstrap, HOWEVER, I'm glad that I did. The patina is starting to come through aka leather is darkening and I couldn't be happier with the leather to be honest.
