Need to process a return? No problem! All you need is the email address and order number associated with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Bullstrap product, we can process a return within 15 days from the date of purchase. Please keep in mind that Shipping Charges are not refundable except for instances where we have made an error. 

The product must be in unused (new condition) and in its original case to be eligible for a refund. (Leather Straps are subject to a unique return/exchange policy... Please read below).

Returns are processed within 3 business days once the product has been received at our headquarters. Please allow up to 3-5 business days after we receive product for a refund to be reflected in your account. We will process all refunds by the same method of payment used at the time of purchase.

BULLSTRAP LEATHER WATCH STRAPS:

If you wish to return or exchange your leather Apple Watch strap, please note that it must be returned in unused, re-sellable condition within 15 days of placing your order.

If the returned item cannot be restocked due to looking used, your request for a refund or exchange will not be processed and the original item will be returned to you.

We strive to provide the best quality products on the market. As a result, we will not sell any strap that has been used or shows signs of wear.

Please note, due to leather being a natural material, your strap may vary slightly from the posted images in both color and pattern. This is unavoidable and makes each strap unique to you and unique to your journey.

Exchanges

Exchanges:

We are happy to help you make an exchange as long as the item is in unused (new condition) and in its original case. 

Exchanges are only accepted within 15 days of placing your order. Leather Straps are subject to a unique return/exchange policy. Please read below.

Warranty

Warranty:

Bullstrap LLC offers a one-year limited warranty on all of its products. We will replace your order if it becomes defective within one year. The warranty includes any manufacturing defects. The warranty does NOT cover the wear and tear of the leather. Leather is a natural product and will naturally age with wear and time. We do ask that you mail the damaged product to allow our Quality Control department to take a close look at the issue in order to keep improving our products. The quality of our products, as well as customer satisfaction, is extremely important to us. Similarly, we ask our customers to keep in mind Bullstrap® will not replace any product after 1 year from the date the order was placed.

International Orders

Customs, Taxes, & VAT:

VAT, Taxes, and Duties are applied to shipments received from the US in some countries. Although we try to provide you with the best shipping experience on all International orders, Bullstrap® is not responsible for fees or taxes applied by your government.
