  • Orders are processed within 24 hours in most cases.

  • Orders placed after Friday at 5:00pm EST will ship the following Monday.

International Shipping

  • VAT, Taxes, and Duties are applied to shipments received from the US in some countries. Although we try to provide you with the best shipping experience on all International orders, Bullstrap® is not responsible for fees or taxes applied by your government.

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not happy with your Bullstrap product, we will take it back within 45 days from the date of purchase.

    • Shipping Charges are not refundable.

    • Product must be unused, resellable (new condition) and in original case to be eligible for a refund.

  • Returns are processed within 3 business days once the product has been received at our headquarters.

  • Please allow up to 3-5 business days after we process the return for a refund to be reflected in your account.

  • We will process all refunds by the same method of payment used at the time of purchase. Please email us at contact@bullstraps.com before sending anything back.

  • Bullstrap LLC is not responsible for Shipping Charges when customers return an item.

  • Exchanges are only accepted within 45 days of placing your order.

  • Bullstrap LLC offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty for all of its products. We will replace your order if it becomes defective anytime! The warranty includes any manufacturing defects and structural/functional defects. As an added perk, our iPhone cases are eligible for up to two cosmetic replacements per year. Leather is a natural product and will naturally age with wear and time. We do ask that you mail the damaged product to allow our Quality Control department to take a close look at the issue in order to keep improving our products. The quality of our products, as well as customer satisfaction, is extremely important to us.

Bullstrap Leather Watch Straps

  • If you wish to return or exchange your leather Apple Watch strap, please note that it must be returned in unused, re-sellable condition within 45 days of placing your order.
  • If the returned item cannot be restocked due to looking used, your request for a refund or exchange will not be processed and the original item will be returned to you.
  • We strive to provide the best quality products on the market. Because of this, we will not sell any strap that has been used or shows signs of wear.
  • Please note, due to leather being a natural material, your strap may vary slightly from the posted images in both color and pattern. This is unavoidable and makes each strap unique to you and your journey.

Bullstrap Leather iPhone Cases

  • If you wish to return or exchange your leather iPhone case, please note that it must be returned in unused, re-sellable condition within 45 days of placing your order.
  • If the returned item cannot be restocked due to looking used, your request for a refund or exchange will not be processed and the original item will be returned to you.
  • Bullstrap phone cases are designed to protect your phone in the case of a drop and/or minor knocks and bumps. However, please note that Bullstrap phone cases are wrapped in 100% genuine, supple, calf-skin leather, making the case itself vulnerable to scratches, bruises, and dents. The Bullstrap leather iPhone case is an aesthetic luxury product and should be treated as such. Bullstrap will replace your iPhone case twice within a year of your purchase of any damages due to any drops or accidents.

BS Society Returns

  • The initial order of a BS Society Membership is non-returnable and non-refundable. The initial BS Society order can be canceled as long as the initial inaugural gift has not yet shipped. 
  • Once the initial inaugural BS Society membership gift has shipped and been received, feel free to reach out to our customer support team to cancel your membership from that point forward if you so choose.
  • The purpose of this policy is to prevent abuse of the automatic 20% discount that accompanies a BS Society Membership.
