I damaged my case by dropping phone between car seat and door causing a gnarly gash on the bottom of the case - warranty covered it and I had a brand new case days later. Talk about a company who stands behind their product and delivers on customer satisfaction. I will be a Bullstrap customer for life.
Submitted a claim for their lifetime warranty and they had a new case in the mail in about 24 hours. The cases are great quality but it's helpful to know you have the backing of a legitimate warranty.
I couldn't believe it! I inquired about their "lifetime" warranty on a case that I have loved for two years. They held up their end of the commitment, and replaced it due to a couple corners that had chipped off. Thank you. Can't wait to get another Bullstrap case for my next phone.

"I have ordered multiple cases from Bullstrap and love their product. The leather cases wear well and get better in some ways as they age. I had always gotten the bourbon color before and was disappointed that they no longer make it, but terra is almost as good"

"Quality appears to be worth the price. Although on the expensive side compared to other brands, I have dropped my phone several times and it has held up very well. I don’t mind paying for quality"
