"It needs slightly more of a raised surface on the screen side so you dont crack your screen protector as often when dropping the phone flat on its face, also I only have 4 cards in the wallet and when its magnetized to the magsafe part on the back of the case it does’t grab snug, like its lifted on the bottom and not flush with the case like it should be, otherwise, great product very well made and I am satisfied."

Wrong item sent. I just wanted to the case that I ordered.

"I ordered the contemporary in terra but was sent the minimalist. After 3 weeks and several emails back and forth I was told that they would do a one time swap to the contemporary but I would have to pay shipping. I don’t feel I should have to pay shipping twice for their mistake so I asked if they would be able to make an exception and cover the shipping. No I haven’t heard a reply for 5 days so I’m starting to assume they are not willing to cover the swap."

Yes, we’ve officially launched the iPhone 16e cases as of last Wednesday, and they are now available on our website. You can choose between the Minimalist and Portfolio styles, and they’re offered in our core color options: Sienna, Black, Ocean, Slate, and Terra. Will there be a minimalist case made for the iPhone 16e?: There will be, but we currently do not have an estimated arrival time for it.
what is the drop protection in feet?: Our production and research team has conducted a series of drop tests across the different sizes of phone cases that we offer. After conducting these tests, we’ve concluded that anything within a six foot drop is where we know the phone/case remains safe. We’ve obviously had tests where both the phone and case consistently survive harsher throws and drops, but within six feet is an extremely safe range.
