Submitted a claim for their lifetime warranty and they had a new case in the mail in about 24 hours. The cases are great quality but it's helpful to know you have the backing of a legitimate warranty.
I couldn't believe it! I inquired about their "lifetime" warranty on a case that I have loved for two years. They held up their end of the commitment, and replaced it due to a couple corners that had chipped off. Thank you. Can't wait to get another Bullstrap case for my next phone.

"the case feels and looks great and protects the MacBook very well, the only small downside was for me the double sided tape from the top case. I would have done a little more than just 4 small pieces to hold the case. I just took a little more double sided tape for my upper case and now it fits perfectly and feels like its fused with the MacBook :D I love the quality from Bullstrap and the case is a game changer for me :)"

"Laptop sleeve for 15” MacBook Air is somewhat disappointing. Main issue is the zipper - which seems like it was installed backwards - rather than a tight fit it extends out making the sleeve feel loose. Love my Bullstrap phone and AirPod cases but the sleeve feels less special and of lower quality."

"On 6/30 I was charged full price for this order on my Discover card. On visiting your site there was an offer for 1st time customers of 20% for their order which nI signed up for. The I went to check out it had dropped to 10%. After checking my card there was no discount. This is deceptive and sleazy. Please adjust my billing or I will return the purchased items."

I only had one request though every year change of iPhone I had to change sleeve and the old one is useless. So if there is a trade in offer, would be wonderful for repeated customers like me."

"This item fits my Samsung Ultra Book 4 perfectly. However, in the spine of this there seems to be something like paper; every time I open and close there is a noise that sounds like crumpling paper. Not what you expect to find for the price. If this item were $80, I could overlook it, but because it's much more, I cannot."

"The quality is amazing. High quality, beautiful and I expect it to last. I can't find a comparable folio that fits my 16" MacBook. My only critique is the layout. I've always used a notepad in my folios, as many people do, and every time I open this one it comes flying out because it just doesn't seat well inside the back pocket. Perhaps a dedicated spot for a legal pad or another pocket in this amply spaced folio. I also wish that there were two pen loops. There's enough room on this larger folio to put two on the spine. With all that said I would still buy it again."
