Is this product really covered by a Lifetime Warranty?

Yes, it’s real. And it’s awesome. If you want to read some legal nonsense, you can learn more about our Lifetime Warranty by clicking the link at the bottom of this page. But suffice it to say, we’ve got you covered.
How are our cases better than other cases on the market?

Not only are our cases made with the highest grade of leather, 100% full-grain leather to be exact, they also boast a fully magnetic structure. This means that your flexibility when it comes to customizing the angles are endless.

Which generation of iPads do these cases fit?

Our iPad 12.9" case will fit 6th, 5th, 4th, & 3rd generations of 12.9” iPad Pros and the iPad Air 13". Our iPad 11” will fit the 4th, 3rd and 2nd generations of the 11" iPad Pros, the iPad Air & the 10th generation iPad.
Apple’s iPad M4 does not include magnets along the left side of the device. Therefore, the ridges along the bottom of our M4 iPad Case will not magnetize to the iPad. However, the ridges will still work as intended to keep the iPad in place.
What type of leather is used in Bullstrap leather iPad cases?

We use premium full-grain leather for our iPad cases, which is known for its luxurious feel and ability to develop a unique patina over time. The inside is lined with a super soft micro-fiber material to keep scratches and dust at bay.

How do I properly care for my iPad case?

We recommend using our Leather Care Wipes for gentle cleaning and regular conditioning. If you are in a pinch, use a damp cloth with only water to carefully wipe away dirt & debris.
