"It needs slightly more of a raised surface on the screen side so you dont crack your screen protector as often when dropping the phone flat on its face, also I only have 4 cards in the wallet and when its magnetized to the magsafe part on the back of the case it does’t grab snug, like its lifted on the bottom and not flush with the case like it should be, otherwise, great product very well made and I am satisfied."

Yet to use any customer service, but overall a great experience ordering, Definitely hope they stand by their product like they say, cause the lifetime warranty is the best I've seen, and if so, they have a customer for life.
