Wrong item sent. I just wanted to the case that I ordered.

"I ordered the contemporary in terra but was sent the minimalist. After 3 weeks and several emails back and forth I was told that they would do a one time swap to the contemporary but I would have to pay shipping. I don’t feel I should have to pay shipping twice for their mistake so I asked if they would be able to make an exception and cover the shipping. No I haven’t heard a reply for 5 days so I’m starting to assume they are not willing to cover the swap."

"This is my third bullstrap case, and I don't have any complaints on the build quality - I obviously like them and will buy again. I would however like to see you guys' trim out some of the fluff(like who cares about high-end packaging for something that goes into the trash?), which might allow you guys to bring these at a more reasonable price point."

Great Case

"Great case that fits perfectly. Had that new leather smell and feels relatively durable. It scratches easily, but that is expected since it is leather. My phone no longer gets super hot like it did when I used silicon cases. The unboxing experience was unique, and this case has added a great touch of elegance to my phone."

"I’ve tried many different brands of leather cases and always found myself buying a bullstrap case. Once the Contemporary Plateau released, I knew it was the one i needed to get for my phone. Being from Canada, the shipping time was horrendous via USPS and the tariffs were steep, but logistics aside, the case is of great quality and would buy it for my next phone in the future as well. Assuming the contemporary plateau style carries on as well. Recommended if you’re debating a leather case."
