I damaged my case by dropping phone between car seat and door causing a gnarly gash on the bottom of the case - warranty covered it and I had a brand new case days later. Talk about a company who stands behind their product and delivers on customer satisfaction. I will be a Bullstrap customer for life.

Submitted a claim for their lifetime warranty and they had a new case in the mail in about 24 hours. The cases are great quality but it’s helpful to know you have the backing of a legitimate warranty.
