Bullstrap LLC offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all of its products. We will replace your order if it becomes defective at any time! The Warranty includes any manufacturing defects and structural/functional defects. As an added perk, our iPhone cases are eligible for up to two cosmetic replacements per year. We may request, at our discretion, that you send the damaged product to us to allow our Quality Control department to take a close look at the issue in order to keep improving our products.
