Need to process a return? No problem! All you need is the email address and order number associated with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Bullstrap product, we can process a return within 45 days from the date of purchase. Please keep in mind that Shipping Charges are not refundable except for instances where we have made an error.
The product must be in unused (new condition) and in its original case to be eligible for a refund. (Leather Straps are subject to a unique return/exchange policy... Please read below).
Returns are processed within 3 business days once the product has been received at our headquarters. Please allow up to 3-5 business days after we receive the product for a refund to be reflected in your account. We will process all refunds by the same method of payment used at the time of purchase.

If you wish to return or exchange your leather Apple Watch strap, please note that it must be returned in unused, re-sellable condition within 45 days of placing your order.
If the returned item cannot be restocked due to looking used, your request for a refund or exchange will not be processed and the original item will be returned to you.
We strive to provide the best quality products on the market. As a result, we will not sell any strap that has been used or shows signs of wear.
Please note, due to leather being a natural material, your strap may vary slightly from the posted images in both color and pattern. This is unavoidable and makes each strap unique to you and unique to your journey.
BULLSTRAP LEATHER IPHONE CASES:
Bullstrap phone cases are designed to protect your phone in the case of a drop and/or minor knocks and bumps. However, please note that our phone cases are wrapped in 100% top-grain, supple, cow-hide leather, making the case itself vulnerable to scratches, bruises, and dents. The Bullstrap leather iPhone case is an aesthetic luxury product and should be treated as such. Bullstrap carries a Limited Lifetime Warranty and will replace your iPhone case any time! The Warranty includes any manufacturing defects and structural/functional defects. As an added perk, our iPhone cases are eligible for up to two cosmetic replacements per year.
