Wrong item sent. I just wanted to the case that I ordered.

"I ordered the contemporary in terra but was sent the minimalist. After 3 weeks and several emails back and forth I was told that they would do a one time swap to the contemporary but I would have to pay shipping. I don’t feel I should have to pay shipping twice for their mistake so I asked if they would be able to make an exception and cover the shipping. No I haven’t heard a reply for 5 days so I’m starting to assume they are not willing to cover the swap."

"This is my third bullstrap case, and I don't have any complaints on the build quality - I obviously like them and will buy again. I would however like to see you guys' trim out some of the fluff(like who cares about high-end packaging for something that goes into the trash?), which might allow you guys to bring these at a more reasonable price point."

Q&A

Why is there no contemporary version of the 14 pro version. Flex bumper looks ugly to me. Minimal looks fantastic but id rather get a closed bottom. If you dont have one ill just get the minimalist one. Please let me know.
We currently do not have plans on releasing the Contemporary Phone Case in other models however we are always open to new ideas. Maybe, sometime in the future, we can look into expanding the model line for the closed-bottom iPhone cases. We recommend signing up for our newsletter to receive updates regarding this :)
