Wrong item sent. I just wanted to the case that I ordered.

"I ordered the contemporary in terra but was sent the minimalist. After 3 weeks and several emails back and forth I was told that they would do a one time swap to the contemporary but I would have to pay shipping. I don’t feel I should have to pay shipping twice for their mistake so I asked if they would be able to make an exception and cover the shipping. No I haven’t heard a reply for 5 days so I’m starting to assume they are not willing to cover the swap."

"I’ve tried many different brands of leather cases and always found myself buying a bullstrap case. Once the Contemporary Plateau released, I knew it was the one i needed to get for my phone. Being from Canada, the shipping time was horrendous via USPS and the tariffs were steep, but logistics aside, the case is of great quality and would buy it for my next phone in the future as well. Staining

"I love this case, the color, the feel of the material, the new logo. But, I am a little disappointed to see that the edges are already starting to show staining after only having this for a few short weeks. I’ve even been conscious of not putting my phone in my back pocket when I’m wearing dark jeans. That being said, would LOVE to see this case in this same material in black with a gold logo."
