Samsung Galaxy Case - BLACK

I damaged my case by dropping phone between car seat and door causing a gnarly gash on the bottom of the case - warranty covered it and I had a brand new case days later. Talk about a company who stands behind their product and delivers on customer satisfaction. I will be a Bullstrap customer for life.

Submitted a claim for their lifetime warranty and they had a new case in the mail in about 24 hours. The cases are great quality but it's helpful to know you have the backing of a legitimate warranty.

I couldn't believe it! I inquired about their "lifetime" warranty on a case that I have loved for two years. They held up their end of the commitment, and replaced it due to a couple corners that had chipped off. Thank you. Can't wait to get another Bullstrap case for my next phone.
